Yes! We do roommate matching here at Park Place Tempe. Prior to you signing your lease we ask for you to fill out a Resident Application and that’s when we will match you with a roommate to the best of our ability given your preferences.

We offer online leasing! Contact our leasing office to start the application process.

The lease is from August 14, 2020-August 9, 2021. We only offer 12 month leases, but you do have the option to sublet or relet your room if there are months that you will not need it.

We offer dual occupancy in our studios and 1 bedroom apartments.

Yes we are! We love your furry friends so bring them with you! We will have a special park in our second building for your pets.

Our floor plans include: Studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. All units come fully furnished but you are able to choose to have it unfurnished at no extra cost.

High Speed Internet, Cable, Trash Removal, Water and Sewer.

The only utility that is not included will be electricity. If you have roommates the cost will be divided up by how many people are living in that unit. Each tenant will have to set up an account with Simple Bills prior to move in and pay them directly for electricity.

We are actually very close to campus! It is about a 5-7 minute walk. We are located at the corner of Terrace Rd. and Apache Blvd.

Yes you are! For the convenience of our residents we have 7 study rooms that can be reserved for up to two hours. If they are not reserved, they are first come first serve and available 24 hours!

Yes you can, we are able to send over all documents through Adobe Sign if you aren’t able to come into our leasing office. Email us at leasing@parkplacetempe.com if you have any questions.

If you provide an approved guarantor or self-qualify by showing proof of income, there is no security deposit required.

A guarantor acts as a co-signer for your lease agreement.

If you do not have a guarantor, you have three options. You can either (1) Pay a security deposit that is equal to 1.5x your monthly installment, (2) Provide proof of income showing that monthly, you make at least 3x your monthly rent, OR (3) Pay your lease in full before move-in.

Yes we do! We allow two people to live in either a one bedroom or a studio. There is a $50 monthly fee for dual occupancy.

Upon move-in, you will be granted fingerprint access that will allow you to enter and maneuver throughout our community.

Your mailbox will be available 24/7. We also have Luxer One Package Lockers where your packages will be stored until you are able to pick them up. The package locker has a special refrigerated feature in case you receive flowers or food that is perishable!
